DJ Mr Ben's Chill Among Cosmic Waves What a fabulous collection of amazing sonic journeys! As a rule, I'm not a fan of drums in Ambient, but the way they lnterplay with the main pad hook, (I think it's a xylophone pad?) and how the hook weaves itself & and the rhythm around those perfect guitar strums, it's like floating above a sunny beach on a blue sky day. Aural perfection, And that's only the first track! Both The Slow Dancing Society and PItP have outdone themselves, as this HAS to be nominated for Album of the year! 🎧🕉 Favorite track: Red Sun Chadeauxs.

"Red Sun Chadeauxs is Drew Sullivan and did he did everything on this record from the writing to recording, mixing to mastering, and even the digital cover design. It is a record of real ambient depth that opens with an uplifting piece riddled with joyous melody, heavenly harmonies and a hurried implied rhythm. There is more murk and emotional heaviness to 'Aligned' while 'The Hot July Moon' widens the sonic horizons and has you gazing off into space. 'Your Only Great Affirmation' is pure suspense, with long-held chords locking you in to a meditative state. 'Murmur' closes on a similar tip, but hurried deep within is a subtle sense of optimism."
